Dr. Kronstein is not only a medical expert who does excellent restorations, but he also has a gifted way of calming patients and talking them through procedures. He is the best dentist among those who treated me over many decades.

Elliott has done four or five full posterior crowns for me over the past ten years, several quite technically challenging. Although I have not sought third party evaluation of the work my impression is that they have been done well, with excellent attention to technique and detail. He is also very good with local anesthesia and concerned with patient comfort. My only suggestion would be that the office treatment philosophy be more biological and holistic vs purely technical.

I had a cracked tooth that required a crown. I was nervous about the procedure as the novocaine with a previous crown never quite took hold and it was very painful. This procedure was flawless. Dr. Kronstein made sure that I knew exactly what was to be done, where we were in the process, constantly checked to make sure I was comfortable. The appointment started on time,finished early, and I was back at work in no time.

Dr. Kronstein is a highly experienced, professional, and competent dentist. His care is exceptional. I am also a dentist, and of all of the dentists in Boston, I am very happy to have chosen him for my dental care.

They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. It's always bugged me when other dentists' I've visited didn't take the time to really examine my teeth. I didn't encounter that here at all, they made an extra effort to inspect my teeth very thoroughly.
