They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not friendly at all, especially their office manager. I didn't feel welcome there and would not recommend to any new patients considering Dr. Paul K. Marshall. I feel like my appointment was pointless, but expensive! I felt worse when I left.

They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. They told me enough about my treatments' risks and benefits. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I left feeling fantastic and my mouth felt very clean.
