I haven't personally been to see Dr. Hooks or his staff. But I can tell you they really helped my daughter. Her insurance was going to run out and they worked her in to get all the work done. Insurance decided they didn't want to pay but an appeal was sent. Although we haven't heard from them yet, Dr. Hooks and his Secretary/wife were very sympathetic to her and the charges. They have been waiting over a year for payment from them. I would highly recommend them. They did great work for my daughter and were very very nice!

Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Did your gums bleed excessively after your appointment?
Not at all! They were very gentle and careful

Absolutely, it was fantastic!
