I went to this dental office in 2012 for a cleaning and fillings, the staff wasn't too kind. Dr. Bruce gave me three shots of anesthesia for a simple filling, as I was on my way home the whole right side of my face went numb including my eye. I couldn't move the right side of my face or close my right eye for about 5 hours until it wore off. I tried to cancel my next appointment, April was very rude and told me because I didn't give a 24 hour notice I would be charged a $40 cancellation fee. I had to get in very high tone with her simply because I was asking if that could be waived seeing I was a new patient. Her response to me "VERY IGNORANT" was "This is why Dr. Kestler isn't bankrupt because we enforce our cancellation fee. I told her that she had previously stated that new patients do not get charged for the first cancellation she still was very rude and I would never tell anyone to go here!

Rude and very rough. Facility did not appear to be sanitary and he blamed me for the fact that my crown fell out. Administered deadening agent incorrectly so that my lip was numb but not my tooth. Beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
