The staff was warm and friendly and very accommodating – I have no complaints! However, my experience with the provider/dentist has been less than desirable. I had spent several thousands of dollars for dental work with this provider – several crowns which I am not sure that I needed in the first place. Initially, during the procedure there were several problems with the quality and fit of the crowns. Shortly after the permanent crowns were placed, I began experiencing pain and complications. I went back to the provider several times in attempt to find relief from the pain and resolve the problem, only to be sent away to seek out a resolution through other dental specialists. I would avoid this provider at all cost.

It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. I know that I can trust their motives, and they're not just looking to make money off me. I never have to worry about them pressuring me to get dental procedures I don't need. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too.
