They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic.

Was this provider's office too loud?
Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet
Does this provider use current and safe equipment?
Yes; the equipment is very advanced!

Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines?
Absolutely! They were very entertaining!
