The only reason I am giving 1 star is because the lady at the front desk was really sweet. I don't know what kind of PODUNK business this man is running but I have never in the 47 years of teeth cleanings, had an experience like this. He was so rough at times I thought he was actually pulling my teeth out instead of cleaning them, and my mouth actually hurts so bad to the point I had to take 800mgs of ibuprofen once I got back to work. He never rinsed my mouth through the cleaning process, not even after he used the paste on my teeth. I had to keep getting up and spitting into a bowl because he wasn't using the water/suction tool (I honestly don't think he had one). The office and dental equipment/chair itself looked like something from the early to mid-sixties. I am beyond disgusted and since insurance only covers cleanings every 6 months, I now have to wait until my next dentist visit (which will NOT be him) to have a proper cleaning with a real dentist. Please, do yourself a favor and don't use this dentist. I'm actually going to do some investigating and see if he is truly a practicing dentist.

He made sure every single question I had was answered, and is always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. His staff is friendly, welcoming, warm, and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. The office was easy enough to find.

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time
