Dr.Quandt's staff is very friendly and accommodating. They work with your financial situation. They are a little old school electronically speaking, but it does not affect their ability to take care of your dental needs.

When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. I eventually found a spot after cruising around a little bit. I wish they had more convenient parking available. They didn't give me any information about how much my procedure would cost before they scheduled it. It felt like they were just trying to get it over with so I would have to pay for it before really considering it. The staff must have not been trained very well. Almost every time I would ask them a question, they'd refer me to their boss or someone else. I had several questions, but they didn't all get answered. I could have definitely used more information.
