One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible.

They need to treat their staff with more respect. They weren't overly rude but they could have been a lot nicer. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. Their office was way too cold, I was absolutely freezing. I usually don't have a problem with the cold, but I wanted to get out of that office as soon as possible. I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. I felt ignored.

I have visited Dr.Guzman's office approx.twenty years,I can't say enough about he is kind,friendly personality,painless and professional work,sometimes my friends ask me why I travel over one hundred miles to see dentist?
My family,friends and myself want to thank Dr.Guzman and he's staff Sonia,Lupe and all others for making us feel like at home,I will reccomend Dr.Guzman to anyone with total confedence.
