They always go above and beyond to make sure I understand every single detail about my dental procedures. I'm always able to get all my questions answered, and I'm never nervous about starting a procedure. They examined my teeth very thoroughly to make sure they didn't miss anything. It was nice to know when I left that everything had been taken care of. They gave me all the information I needed about fees and payment plans before they scheduled my treatment. I appreciated them giving me enough information to consider my options before paying for it. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here.

I had to wait a few weeks to get an appointment but I eventually got in. They are almost always unavailable. It was difficult to get an ideal appointment time that fit my schedule. Almost every time I visit, I have to remind them who I am, why I'm there, and what my circumstances are. There definitely appears to be a trend of overbooking clients here. The wait has gotten longer and longer from when I first started seeing them. Offie is dirty ! Wonder how he keeps his house.Oink!
