I have been taking my children to Dr. Kirshbaum for years. The reason? He is a terrific dentist! He will give you an experienced and accurate opinion on what your child needs for his or health, not try to sell you on marginal or unnecessary services as so many dentists do today. He has been in the business for years and could retire if he wanted to, so he is not motivated by money. He still practices because he loves kids and loves his work, so there you go!

And the staff is great, too. Mojgan, Mona, Matthew and everyone in the office are wonderful people who have also been with Dr. Kirshbaum for years. As far as the review saying how horrible they are, I don't know what planet that reviewer is from, but you will always have a range of opinions and personalities who submit their point of view on these sites.

I would recommend you come in for a visit and see for yourself. These are wonderful, sweet people who will care for your child like they would care for their own. And they will care for you, too! (Since my kids have been coming here, I have switched, and now I get the same great care.)

Horrible service!!!! Do not take your kids there, the staff (Mojgan Bral) and (Mona Khalighi) needless to say are very unprofessional and courteous only when you do what they ask you to do to your kid. My experience with this facility was very bad since the only option given to me was to completely sedate my daughter, I felt nervous and full of doubt that I decided to cancel the appointment for the sedation which had been scheduled that same date for the following morning. The facility charge me for the procedure and Mona told me that I wouldn't be getting refunded simply because I decided to cancel my appointment and had decided to not go through the procedure without a second opinion. She went so far as to tell me that I had cancelled my appointment the day of the procedure which is completely untrue. Luckily I had a voice-mail from her saved in my cell phone to prove that she had actually called me the day before to find out on the reasons behind my cancellation. Never again will I take my kid there, she has Dr. Dove now which is GREAT!!!!. This facility well at least these two individuals don't care to lose customers, but what they don't know is that if they don't take care of their customers they will be out of a job sooner or later.
