Dr Greenwood is an excellent dentist, he has done extensive dental work for me. His staff is competent and thoughtful. I travel about two hundred miles so he can treat my dental needs.

Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call?
Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. They were far to arrogant to get any sort of outside advice, even though they knew they should. I was hoping to see someone that considered my safety more important than always having an answer. When I showed concern about my TMJ, he laughed at me and told me I need to find a way to manage my stress rather than grinding my teeth! They are not up to date on equipment or procedures. The dentist does the cleaning himself and not a good job. He actually only polished my teeth even though I went in for a cleaning. Said he would clean them next time! My family of 4 went and all refuse to go back!
