When I left my appointment, my gums didn't stop bleeding for quite a while. They should have been more careful while they were flossing my teeth. Every time I would start talking about my circumstances, they would dance around the issue, so i never got a clear answer and then i was too intimidated to ask any further. I was scared to say anything because I didn't want to make them upsetl. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. It was very clear that they didn't take pride in their office's appearance. In fact, the office was disgusting. it's extremely old in appearance and has dust and spider webs in the area where you are being treated, i was so upset by the treatement of the actual Dentist that i found another dentist out of town, and actually drive quit a ways to this other dentist, in order to get adequate to above treatement.

I was a patient of this dentist f or over 7 years and in that time I can honestly say he's probably said 5 words to me. His staff is awesome, with the exception of the rude clerical/office staff. But the doctor is rude, not at all friendly, and will actually come into the room and start working on your mouth without saying a word. I put up with this for years because his assistants were nice and helpful and knew how to work on me without hurting me. On my final visit to this office, however, DR. BARKER was so over the top rude that he not only hurt my gums, where I was in pain for several minutes, but he also walked out of the room without saying a word. I will NEVER go to him again and will also tell all my friends and family how horrible he is as a dentist. He doesn't deserve to even practice dentistry. Yes, he's THAT BAD!!!!

I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are quite comfortable. Its nice that they care about patient comfort. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I know that I can trust their motives, and they're not just looking to make money off me. I never have to worry about them pressuring me to get dental procedures I don't need.
