This office lied and cheated me and is now trying to threaten to send me to collections for something they messed up and an error on their side. I paid my prior dentist $3000- for clear correct. They just started my case when my insurance changed and I called Cassidy's office to transfer my case and payment. Cassidy's office manager Roberta told me she handled the transfer and the payment and everything was good to go. My entire family started going to Cassidy's office and everything was going great. Then Cassidy's office got a new manager. She called me out of the blue and said that Roberta did everything wrong and that I now owed them over $5600- and that on top of that I needed to pay an additional $1000- up front, no payment plan accepted and she would be cancelling all of our appointments until then. She was rude and unapologetic and just kept saying that Roberta their old manager did everything wrong and now I am being punished for her mistakes. I manage a health facility in the area and could never imagine treating a patient like this. I will never recommend this office to anyone ever again. They did nothing for me, and now expect almost $7000??! Robbery and liars and cheats. GET everything in writing and a treatment plan if you decide to use this poorly run office.

I thought that most of the staff was very friendly. I knew how much I was going to have to pay beforehand. Liz is was fantastic. All the equipment at this office seems very safe and current. Everything looks well taken care of and fairly new.

They were able and willing to answer every question I had. I definitely felt informed. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone.
They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.
