From the minnute you step foot in the door the office staff is ready to do anything they can to help you. The whole staff is extreemly professional. Dr. Austin and Dr. Singson are both excelent at what they do!!!!!! I had to have jaw surgery and Dr. Singson made the whole thing seem less scary and made me feel comfortable with the process. You'd be crazy to go anywhere else!!!! =]

My Two Children have being seeing Dr. Austin for the past several years and have had a wonderful experience. Dr. Austin is very knowledgable in the field of orthodontics. He explained their treatment and what to expect in full detail that I could understand, and answerd all my questions. The office staff are more than willing to assist you with a smile, and make the experience of having braces a pleasant one. I am very thankful to my kids dentist for reffering us to Dr. Paul Austin!

I am SHOCKED to hear ninaandcoco's review :-0 She must be talking about another Dr. Austin because the one that I have met is completely the opposite. I completely agree with her as far as him being 100% EXCELLENT @ WHAT HE DOES as well as his front office being very helpful & courteous, but she left behind his wonderful assistants who always are so welcoming, nice, helpful, & willing to answer any questions I may have. Dr. Austin was referred to me by not 1, but many of my friends who are or have already been through treatment with him & had nothing, but great things to say about him & his staff. Dr. Austin has great bedside manner & took the time to explain everything to me. I saved the BEST for last & went & got an opinion with another ortho before I met with Dr. Austin & Dr. Austin's fees are very comportable.
WOW! he really Loves what he does & thats hard to find in this day and age.

I absolutely LOVE my smile! I drove 40 miles to see Dr. Austin because of a friend's recommendation! Can't tell you how happy I am! Thank you so much! Go see him! He is the best!!

My experience with Dr. Austin is that he is good at what he does as an orthodontist, but he has been very rude to me as a patient. He does not care to explain much about what he is doing, and gets irritated and even insulting when he is asked to clarify what he is doing. His front office staff are very helpful and courteous, but his medical assistants are rough and impersonal. He may have the best training, but is not too personable. Sorry that such good training should come with such a character, and at such a cost too !
