The staff is professional, but very concerned about each and every patient. They truly care and take the time to explain procedures thoroughly. They have the very latest in orthodontic care and treatments here. I was very impressed with all the new and sophisticated equipment in their facility. The office is clean and pleasant. The aquarium of salt water fish is fascinating. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

I was amazed at how flexible their financing options were. They were more than willing to work with me, and I ended up having to pay a lot less than I expected. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated.

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.

Not at all, I didn't notice a smell.

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

certified, american board of orthodontist...Santa Clara, UOP & USC..Tweed and Roth trained....does not do unnecessary work, only what is needed...not the kind to tell you what you want to hear...
presents all options..will not treat a patient until the case has been presented to the patient with full understanding of treatment plan and cost...no hidden charges.....does all the work himself..greatest orthodontist in my book!
