Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have.
