They are very expensive and even though we had a written contract, they refuse to do follow up work. I am looking into possible small claims suit against them. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Workmanship VERY POOR. according to other dentists in area who saw the work they did.

They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was easy enough to find. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. They dont clean your teeth they just brush them and floss. I can brush at home but who is going to use the scalp? Me or the doctor? The doctor didnt even look at my teeth and see if I had any cavaties, gum issues, or do that counting for the gums (3, 4, 3 etc) did not even tell me to open my mouth wide!

I am currently undergoing treatment for a root canal I had done approximately 4 years ago by Dental Care of La Verne. I just want to let you know what a terrible experience I have had with this office. First, my crown has fallen off several times since it was originally placed, the first time being the night after the crown was cemented on. It recently came off again and I decided to see a new dentist. My new dentist took an x-ray and discovered that my tooth was not filled as far down as it should have been and that they missed a canal completely. We won't know for sure but I may have an infection in the bone as there is an abscess. There is an infection though so we have to wait and see if it clears up. In anticipation of staying with this new dentist, I was asked to have my medical records and full mouth x-rays sent to their office. I contacted Dental Care of La Verne. I was initially told that they would look for the information and get back to me. I called back later that evening and was asked by the office manager if I was sure I had even been to that office. I proceeded to describe the office's position in the shopping center as well as the surrounding businesses as well as mentioning that the office faced Fruit St. She then told me to hold. Several minuted later she returned and told me she would call me back. Over an hour later she called and proceeded to ask me for my date of birth and medical number. I currently have Delta through Kaiser and I told her that. She then told me that she needed the info so that she could get the information regarding billing from Delta so she could make sure I had even been there! After telling her several times that I was POSITIVE. She then followed up with "I'm sorry but I don't think we have them. Anyways, your current dentist does not need the x-rays bacause they are older than 6 months old. They are no good to them." I told them that they were so that they could look at the x-rays and determine what, if any, corrective work needed to be done. I am very disappointed in this branch. I have complained about them before and perhaps that is why my records are now "missing". Either way, I wanted to let Delta know about the terrible hassle I have had dealing with this office and , as a result, how frustrated and disappointed I am with Delta. At this point, I cannot recommend Delta to anyone I know based on the quality of Dental Care of La Verne. I definitely advise anyone considering it to stay away from Dental Care of La Verne.
