I have been a patient here for a long time. I am now leaving to take my business elsewhere. There are simply too many issues with a) billing and b) feeling like work is thrust upon you with care decisions made in advance of asking you as the patient want to do. I have had two instances (crowns) of their work either falling apart (poor margins at the base) or improper sealing. Sure it's my mouth and up to me to clean it but there's a trend developing.

They also have become much more impersonal over the years. Sorry to feel obligated to write this.

Not the worst, but certainly not the best

They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. I was very satisfied with my visit. They respected my decision not to do dental X-ray every visit plus I refuse the Fluoride rinse, which is probably not normal. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. I trust them to only recommend dental procedures I actually need. I know they care more about my health than they do about making money. The toothpaste they used during my cleaning tasted great. It made the experience that much better.
Dr. Hawkins and her team are great, my wife has been using her for 10 years!

Yes, I was able to rinse
Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in
Were you able to watch TV during your dental procedure?
No, but I was able to read a magazine
Did you feel safe in this provider's care?
Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert!
Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office?
Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of
