HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!DON'T TAKE YOUR KIDS THERE!!STAY AWAY!!ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE A CHILD WITH SPECIAL NEEDS!!My son has autism and going to the dentist is very challenging for him. During our time in the waiting room we were rudely told by the Office Manager Ashley (who by the way is the dentist's daughter) to have our son sit down. My son wasn't even running around or touching anything he was just a bit loud and insisting on going to see the dentist chair and would try to make his way to the hallway area. Anyhow, I explained to the Office Manager(Ashley) that my son has autism and being at the dentist is difficult for him and she just continued to be rude!!!Not one time did I hear an apology or a sense of consideration from her I seriously felt as if she just didn't want to deal with us especially after I explained to her about my son's autism. The entire experience was discriminatory!!!We left and will not be going back there ever again!!Her rude tone set the standard for the entire office. If her Daddy let's her talk that way to customers then I'm sure it's a reflection on the entire staff! and family!!!!!So unprofessional and RUDE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes, it was downright irritating!

Not at all. It was obvious they didn't care about me

A little, but I wish they had explained it more thoroughly

Definitely not! I was constantly interrupted or cut off!

I don't know anyone who isn't afraid of seeing a dentist. Even as an adult, I was still afraid of seeing one and have never had a great experience with my visits. But I have been going to Dr. Ellenberger for over 10 years now and I wouldn't go to anyone else! You couldn't drag me away from this dentist! My whole family now go to him along with my friends and co-workers.
He is a dentist who is honest and kind. He is gentle and wonderful with his patients. He is calm and collected when it comes to children needing dental work. And he is so wonderful telling his stories and jokes, that you won't have time to think of him working on your teeth because you will be too busy laughing at him and his funny staff!
He is the only reason why I don't mind going to the dentist these past 10 years. If it weren't for him, I would not be going every 6 months like I do!!

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too.

Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They were friendly and made me feel at home. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want.

They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them.
