I've gone to Kent & Doug Johnson since I was a little girl. I've never been more comfortable then I am with them doing my procedures (now that I've been seen by other providers since moving out of the area). They are very gentle, do not rush have a beautiful new office and I highly recommend them. They've always made sure every single question I had was answered and were always available if another question popped into my head. Their staff is the very friendly and welcoming. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.

They always go above and beyond to make sure I understand every single detail about my dental procedures. I'm always able to get all my questions answered, and I'm never nervous about starting a procedure. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.

I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me. They didn't show any sort of attention to detail, which I think is very important. I was afraid they were going to miss or forget something important. Whenever I've visited their office, it's always smelled really bad. They really need to clean or sterilize the office more. They didn't give me any information about how much my procedure would cost before they scheduled it. It felt like they were just trying to get it over with so I would have to pay for it before really considering it. I could tell that they didn't practice good oral hygiene and it made me doubt that they really knew what they were talking about. It didn't look like they practiced what they preached.

Absolutely not. I asked for helpful advice but wasn't given any

They try not to, but sometimes it happens.
