They were so easy to reach in an emergency. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. They take time out of their day to send me a reminder about my appointments, so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. Barry Lee DDS IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!! Love EVERYTHING about him. He is always very professional, has a very cool demeanor and always puts you at ease. He has a great bedside manner and cares and I really like him. I cannot think of enough good things to say about Dr. Lee. He is the best hands down and has ALWAYS done right by me. I hope he practices forever and I will always go there. I trust him and have the utmost respect for both Dr. Lee and his professional and friendly staff. I recommend him wholeheartedly and know you will be happy he is YOUR dentist. I am thankful that he is mine.

The dentist wasn't friendly in the least. I have never felt more unwelcome somewhere. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant. I know they see a lot of patients, but when you say you're going to follow up, you should.

I will definitely recommend them to people I know. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want.
