I fell Thursday night and broke my front tooth. I was able to recover the broken portion of tooth and called the office immediately. The office was closed by the answering service got me in contact with Dr. Howes within minutes. The staff was very accomadating and scheduled me an appointment early Friday morning!! I was very nervous upon arrive to the office regarding the what ifs and the overall outcome, but the staff explained everything beautifully! The outcome looks amazing and only took about an hr from start to finish! From close up or far away, no one could ever tell a half of tooth was missing and repaired to perfection. Thanks again Dr. Howes for saving my smile!!

Dr. Howes gets you right in the chair and goes to work. Doesn't communicate very well with patients. His office lacks the ethics to do the proper paperwork to complete the insurance claim. Withholds the paperwork from the patients and sues you to cover up their mistakes.

Absolutely, I was able to rinse every few minutes

Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent

Yes! I was able to choose between watching TV or reading a magazine

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Dr. Howes is one of the best dentist I have ever seen. His staff is friendly and helpful. Dr. Howes has not been at the Hillcrest location in 12 years. There is another dentist office at this location so the previous poster must have the wrong dentist office.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

Do not go to Dr. Howes. I was frustrated that very few of my questions got answered and Dr Howes is a hack. I really needed to know a lot more than what I got out of that appointment. It was not easy to reach them in an emergency. I had to call several times before I finally reached them. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. They barely gave me any information at all. They are mean and I quit seeing them.
