I have been going to Dr Smith for a number of years. First of all, she it an excellent periodontist. I was referred to her by my regular dentist because of the extent of my gum recession. Dr Smith not only stopped my gums from receeding, she restored them back to where they should be. Even my regular dentist was impressed. I cannot thank Dr Smith enough for taking such good care of me. Second, I want to say what an affable person she is. She is genuinely warm and friendly, listens fully to whatever problems I am having (or think I am having) that I want her to address, and answers any questions to my satisfaction. One year on my annual check up I had not been taking as good of care of my gums as I should. She talked to me about what I needed to do and why without shaming me, as some dentists are known to do. I really appreciated that. Also her staff is cordial and polite, and I never have to wait long for my appointment. Almost sounds too good to be true, doesn't it? Don't take my word for it; find out for yourself!

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time
