Dr. Williams is the BEST dentist I've ever seen. He is thorough, gentle, and congenial. The staff is friendly and efficient. The office is comfortable and the atmosphere is calm and serene. I actually look forward to my appointments! Patients are treated with great care and rarely have to wait past their appointment time. I can't say enough about this wonderful group of people. If you need a dentist, Dr. Williams is your man!

I am made to feel comfortable when I have a dental procedure. For 10 years I have been completely satisfied with all visits and dental care. I am lucky to have such a great dentist. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. The atmosphere is so pleasant and Dr. Williams is a skilled, gentle dentist!

I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. I trust them to only recommend dental procedures I actually need. I know they care more about my health than they do about making money. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference.

It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. They were friendly and made me feel at home. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places.
