Dr. Calvert and the whole team know the true meaning of customer service. I have had a fear of going to the dentist all my life. Everyone at Dr. Calverts office makes you feel welcome, cared for and they care about you as well. I have moved out of town twice with my job but remain a patient of Dr Calvert, making my appointments on off days and driving 4 hours to get there.
I highly recommend Dr. Calvert and the team!

Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!

They always go above and beyond to make sure I understand every single detail about my dental procedures. I'm always able to get all my questions answered, and I'm never nervous about starting a procedure. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. Their prices were pretty high, but I've had to spend more at other places.

They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. Their dental equipment is always very clean. I can tell they sanitize it all the time. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily.
