They made NO attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. My complaint is that my appointment was for an extraction of TWO back bottom molars (1left & 1 right) and when I woke up they had extracted SEVEN (3 on one side & 4 on the other). My driver took me home, the medication wore off and once I realized several teeth were gone, I called and was told my teeth were "damaged". I went in thinking I was being charged for two extractions and was shocked to see my credit card bill later that I was charged for seven. At the time I did not have dental insurance and I still think that I should not have been billed for damages occurred while I was asleep, and I think that the dentist should have assisted or at least suggested that I get a partial to prevent future dental issues due to him extracting so many teeth.
