Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.

Yes, I was given all the information before my treatment

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Dr. Baldone is very friendly and knowledgable, as are the hygienists. However, the main receptionist/office manager is NOT!! I've always had issues with my billing and they are always trying to charge me for something (even though I have full coverage through my insurance). Whenever I have a question about it she never knows the answer. There have been a few times I've had to request copies of invoices for things I've been billed for and she never sends the correct documents. I would not recommend them solely because of her. It really is a shame though because Dr. Baldone is so great!!
