My whole family has gone to Dr Pearson for over ten years, but things have changed. He use to be able to fit anyone in and would help after hours if needed. I called and made an appt with him and he had to change about an hr before my appointment. I then made another one and checked to make sure 3 times that I still had the appt to get my cavity filled and whitening. They even told me that a cancellation happened so I would have MORE than enough time. WRONG! He walked into the room and said "I dont have time for this". He looked over my teeth and said yes the cavity needs to get fixed and would take about 20 minutes. He couldnt do it as he had other patients. Well, as I walked out I saw him and his wife driving and they ended up at the beach for a couple hours. So make sure you triple check before going and then be ready to have to make another appt. This isn't the first time this has happened to me or some others I know.

They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. They were so happy to answer each and every question I had. They also encouraged me to call if I need any more answers in the future. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

Not at all! They were very gentle and careful
