I had gone to Carol for over six years. When I needed help , I would call for an appointment and could get an appointment at first opening. (we must remember that these people also have lives of their own) She has relieved pain in my knees, hips, lower back and has assisted with mu breathing (I have COPD).
I would recommend Carol to anyone. Just remember that some alments
can not be treated. You wouldn't end up with piles of pills and she will tell you Acupuncture is not working for you.

I've gone to Carol for acupuncture over a period of several years, and I trust her. She helped with fertility-related issues in 2004/2005, and she was extremely professional and supportive.

In 2010 I went back to her because I needed to go into labor (I was nearly a week overdue and facing induction). She gave me two treatments to induce labor, and on the second treatment my water broke right there on the acupuncture table! Labor started an hour later, and a very smooth natural birth followed. I don't know how much of it is due to Carol, but I'm very grateful that labor started and I avoided an induction.

Sessions with Carol are comfortable, friendly, and relaxing. I always recommend her.

I was late 15 minutes to my 3rd appointment with her. Partly because the parking in her lot was full. I had been late by 10 minutes other times and she never mentioned anything about a "policy". Every other acupuncturist that I've seen has understood that when you are going to something like this or chiropractic etc, that there is a certain flexibility.

I had also told her that afternoons were better for me, but she was very resistant to that scheduling request.

Rather than professionally discuss with me, instead she casually mentioned as she was walking out of the room that would be subtracted from my time. She told me that was her policy.

Very unprofessional. She never verbally told me that was her policy, or had me sign anything to that effect, when she had me doing the initial paperwork.

She also was very pushy about having me get into a position that I was not comfortable with due to a torn rotator cuff injury.

So I left without receiving treatment.

I've been to many acupuncturists in the past and never had these kind of issues. I would not recommend this one.

I was completely at ease during my appointment here. I often fell asleep I was so comfortable! I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make in a short time. I came to Carol after trying to get pregnant for almost 3 years. I decided to try acupuncture before going the very expensive alternatives through the infertility clinic. After only 3 months I was pregnant. I would encourage anyone else with this issue to give acupuncture a try! Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
