Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable and have never canceled on me. This practice definitely spends time and effort cleaning their restrooms. I have been to other practices that neglect their bathrooms, but this place was spotless! I was so impressed with how comfortable this office was. I wasn't freezing cold like most and they did everything to ensure I was satisfied!

I couldn't believe how much of a difference my appointments have made. When I leave I feel the best I ever have... Yim is an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in Yim's care.

They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. The office was immaculate. There was nothing out of place or dusty, you could tell that they take pride in their office. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I felt like they actually had an interest in my problem. The staff was friendly, and made me feel welcome. I had a nice experience.

I was in awe at the level of service I received. Yim completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. She always makes an extra effort to be polite and courteous, and explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. YIM WORKS MIRACLES!!! I experienced complete relief from my symptoms after treatment and I felt like a new person. I would and have recommended her to family and friends alike, and continue to go to her.
