The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I couldn't believe how compassionate and sympathetic they were to my fear of needles. They went out of their way to make me feel extra comfortable. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I didn't have to wait long at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which was really nice. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never been treated with more kindness and empathy.

Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed

Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!

Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only client

Yes

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

No, they were on time
