Has helped with my back and shoulder pain I have had for years. Normal western medicine was not working saw Dr. Xu and no more back or shoulder pain. Have sent a few friends to him and he has helped them to. Great Dr and very friendly and professional

The staff was able to answer every single question I had. It was clear that everyone was trained in the methodology of acupuncture, even if they would not be performing the treatments. I love that I wasn't sitting in the waiting room forever. They got me in at my appointment time and out in time for the next person! Not only did they thoroughly review my medical history before I started treatment, they sat down and discussed it with me too. They asked me questions, and made sure they had all the information they needed before treatment. I knew that the treatment I received would be more accurate and effective because they took the time to review my medical history. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.

When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. Getting a convenient appointment time with them is almost impossible. They have really weird availability and I always have a hard time making an appointment. They answered all of my questions thoroughly, giving me more information than I could have hoped for! They are really an expert in acupuncture. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest acupuncture conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into their practice. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously.
