I would definitely recommend them to people I know. I was more than happy with the treatments. They had a few different appointment times available but none were perfect for my schedule. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They definitely take customer satisfaction and peace of mind into account.

One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. My experience was pretty enjoyable! The waiting room even had a nice selection of entertaining magazine to calm my nerves. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. The acupuncturist went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me.
