I had a headache for several days that wasn't really going away. The usual pain killers didn't help much. Was hoping for some quick relief but realistically expected minimal to no improvement. This was my first acupuncture session and I was horribly dissapointed. Mr. Saloma has practiced for a long time but I found his approach was rushed and with no clear objective. Basically let's keep trying stuff until something helps. Perhaps if the man had stopped and listened to my complaints for a few minutes prior to proceeding with his therapy I would have had a better outcome. As such he proceeded with ridiculous instruction on my posture and walk, then tension exercises for 15 minutes before proceeding to adjust my spine, which I did not ask for and had no real time to object before he proceeded. My back hurt for several days and still hasn't completely resolved. My headache dissipated somewhat, but I wonder if that was because the pain in my back superseded the pain I initially felt in my head. Would NOT recommend anyone visit this man and thoroughly research all alternative medicine providers in town before placing your health in their hands. No one should walk out of a place like this feeling worse than when they entered. Beware.

My husband and I felt lied to. We made an appointment with Mr. Saloma, and he instead had a trainee perform the services and had them practice on my husband while he supervised. My husband was left with a big bruise on his neck and discomfort on his hand, both lasting for a week. He was supposedly treated for back pain and sleep apnea. There was absolutely no improvement in either condition. The only change was the additional discomfort that they inflicted on his hand. A little less than a week after the appointment I called to give Mr. Saloma feedback and was appalled by his lack of sympathy and understanding. He blamed my husband for the lack of healing and selfishly offered to have my husband PAY again to THIS time have himself, Mr. Saloma, perform the acupuncture. I found Mr. Saloma to be a hypocrite, preaching and preaching about Christianity, but not practicing it. He seemed dishonest and not so concerned about true healing but was instead more interested in making as much money as possible, by pushing unnecessary supplements and suggesting that we pay for a second appointment to have him perform the services. We would never visit this business were very disappointed.

Getting an appointment at this office wasn't too difficult. I waited longer than I wanted to, but it wasn't terrible. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. The acupuncturist went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office.
