My husband and I came to Shelley because we had been trying to get pregnant for about a year now. We started our treatment following all of her instructions and after only 3 sessions we just found out we are pregnant!! We are so happy and grateful we found Shelley to help us. I highly recommend her!

Parking was not a problem at all. There was parking centrally located and I didn't have to walk far to get into the building. I really appreciated that they didn't pressure me to make appointments that I didn't think were necessary. I came in as often as I wanted to, and my treatments were fantastic every time. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. This acupuncturist really takes great care when inserting the needles during treatment.They were so great, I couldn't feel a thing.

They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. I couldn't believe how compassionate and sympathetic they were to my fear of needles. They went out of their way to make me feel extra comfortable. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals when they don't have an answer for me. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interests in mind. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places.
