I was completely at ease during my appointment here. The doctor and the office staff went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I had herbal tea while I waited in the comfortable waiting room. I couldn't believe how much of a difference the herbs they gave me made. They made all the difference. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. Dr. Lichtenstein even recommended physical therapy, lab tests and with great patience even explained what my medical doctor didn't take the time to! They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. Dr. Lichtenstein was one of the most welcoming acupuncturist I've ever visited. Dr. Peter has always been there for me, answer my questions and always goes the extra mile.

I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. The staff here was extremely friendly. I felt right at home. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this clinic. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. After leaving the appointment, I felt so much better! My pain subsided and I couldn't wait to go back! I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. I want everyone to see just how great this acupuncturist is.

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

Both doctor and staff go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. It was very easy to get an appointment-even though he is very busy, they have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. The office is clean and well organized-even if small. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. The doctor has cured many of my aiments-even ones I didn't go there for. He is the absolute best!!
