The chemistry between the staff reassured my confidence in this acupuncturist. Everyone was so professional and talked with respect for the acupuncturist and the art of acupuncture itself. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this clinic. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. Their treatment rooms were fantastic. They were huge, very spacious, dimly lit, and well ventilated. I've been to other places that had really small treatment rooms and it's easy to get claustrophobic, but not here.
