Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.
Did the needles hurt?
Not at all, they were great! I couldn't feel a thing

Jason is very courteous and friendly and answers any questions I have. He is very low key and does not pressure you into anything. He acts in a very professional manner and is a good listener. I always have a very positive experience when I go there and have recommended him to many of my friends.

The staff here was extremely friendly. I felt right at home. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. Occasionally they will have a promotion or special going on. Whether its a complimentary consultation for new clients or a percent-off a certain service, from time to time they will have some sort of discount.
