They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest acupuncture conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into their practice.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance
