I had to wait a long time past my appointment time before I finally saw him. Other people in the waiting room said that happened all the time. My appointment was ok I guess, but I heard him yelling at someone who works there. Uncomfortable and unprofessional.

I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. I was left in the appointment room by myself for a while, but they eventually returned. I didn't have to wait too long. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional.
