Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

Absolutely! Cleanliness is extremely important to them

They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They really went out of their way to make me feel welcome. The staff members were knowledgeable and were able to answer most of my questions. It's nice when the front desk staff actually knows something about acupuncture. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care.
Of all the services I have had in 20 years, another acupuncturist, five series of physical and message therapists and botox administered by a neurologist. Dr. Raylove has provided long lasting relief. The other were for about 24 hours.
