They gave me a very thorough explanation about how acupuncture works and why its effective. They were happy to answer every question I had. I never had to doubt that they had a license. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. This was the most welcoming acupuncturist I've ever visited.
