They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I couldn't believe their level of skill and experience. Instead of just treating my symptoms, which some other places I've been to have done, they gave me comprehensive, holistic care. They knew that just treating my symptoms wouldn't be effective. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.

I called about the smoking cessation program and they said it was $300. When I went into to get the program I was expecting the use of a cold lazer. Instead the held open wires with low electrical frequency (or something) on accupuncture needs. Then after I was done they told me I had to buy additional products if I wanted the treatment to work. So the $300 went up to nearly $500. I didn't like the bait and switch. They should have disclosed the total cost up front.
