They always take the time to listen to my input. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. They seemed to know quite a bit about the current advancements in acupuncture. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Not at all. They worked hard to be very careful and precise

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

Thoroughly! They were glad to explain in detail
