They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. After my treatment I felt 100% better! Yet other doctors wanted to operate! Thanks God I did not follow there advice!

I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other acupuncture clinics that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. When I first started acupuncture, I was really concerned that the needles would leave cuts or scars. They were extremely careful and precise and I never had to worry about any cuts or scars. Most offices keep the thermostat pumping too much cold air, but this office was perfect. I never got cold or hot, which is always a concern of mine.
