Dr. Chau is a Phd in Eastern Medicine. Her understanding of the muscle and skeleton system is impressive. . .I felt like I was talking to a practicing Physicianl I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long to be seen. I love how much attention to detail they show at this clinic. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something which really puts my mind at ease. They went out otheir way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never been treated with more kindness and empathy. Finally and in the end the most important. . . she got results. . .miracle.

I just finished my third session but so far so good. If you are new to acupuncture you really have to be open minded and practice deep breathing which helps during your session. Charlotte checks in on you and is pretty flexible with the schedule. I am terrified of needles but i have no problem! She was very slow and understanding until i became comfortable.
