Dr Fenn is good at what he does. No nonsense. He has been my eye doctor for about 25 years. He is conveniently located in East Nashville.

They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.

They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.
