The staff really knows what they're doing and they're able to answer most of my questions. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. Dr. Hartford always makes an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. He always listens to every question or concern I may have.
