Worst experience ever with the eye exam and purchase of new eye wear. After 4 months and 4 visits they never got my glasses right. Each time I returned to pickup my new glasses there was a problem. Even worst no one tried to make it right. They just refunded my money. I went to Wal Mart for a new eye exam and they found that my left eye script was wrong. They changed my lens and that took care of the problem.

Dr. Swinker is a wonder physician. She and her staff paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. They are so warm and professional, and made my daughters whole experience that much better. I would recommend this office to anyone . The office was very easy to locate and there is never a long wait.

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting.
